Individual Psychotherapy
If you’d like to explore the possibility of working together, please click below and send an email detailing your name, contact information, a brief statement of what you’re hoping to explore in therapy, and your available times for a meeting. My schedule is all day Tuesday-Thursday and Friday mornings, with available openings varying based on what times are already committed. If we decide to continue after the first meeting, we will identify a weekly time spot that you can reliably attend. I am currently only offering virtual appointments.
Group Psychotherapy
Interpersonal Process group for therapists
This will be a virtual, weekly group for those who are currently in training to be therapists or are in their early career, and who are interested in learning more about themselves in an experiential way to better inform their clinical practice. This will not be a psychoeducational group, nor will it be a supervision group, rather, this group will be an open-ended exploratory opportunity for members to learn more about their impact on interpersonal processes for the purposes of enriching their therapeutic practice.
I am in the process of developing two groups to run, with the goal to begin recruiting by the end of 2026. As these groups are currently under development, they are subject to change, and I will update as reliably as possible.
lgbt+ Interpersonal process group
This will be a virtual, weekly group for those who identify as members of the LGBT+ community who are interested in an in-community space within which to learn more about themselves and how they successfully and unsuccessfully navigate relationships. This will not be a psychoeducational or skills-focused group, but rather an experiential group in which members offer and receive support from one another and use their interactions and experiences in the group to illuminate their characteristic ways of navigating relationships outside of group.

Individual Therapy: $160
Group Therapy: $100
Clinical Supervision: $160
Sliding Scale
Individual Therapy: $50-160
Group Therapy: $50-100
Based on financial need as determined through discussion in the first two sessions
